In August of 2021, I lost my husband to this horrible pandemic virus Covid-19. This caused my entire life to be turned upside down. Within just a few months, I had sold the house, moved in with a friend, and found myself in the desert awaiting God’s further instructions.
In April of 2022, I lost one of my best friends to suicide. I did not learn of his death until late June. It was another punch in the gut I was not prepared for. With it came all the guilt of not checking on him or being more invasive in his life.
I wanted to start a blog/vlog to talk about the ways God is revealing Himself through my forever changing world. I still want to do this. But I also want to make sure that the name of my dear friend does not just vanish from this Earth as if he never existed. His family did not have funeral services so I and all his other friends were never able to say goodbye. We have since rectified that.
This webpage is dedicated to my dear friend, Shawn Johnson, who touched so many lives in so many ways, but would never allow us to touch his. We love and miss you, Shawn.
